Oxeon announces three new Market Presidents placed at Evolent Health

Oxeon is pleased to announce that Mike Cotton, CEO of Alere Health, Mike Minor, CEO of WellCare Kentucky, and Aaron Molitor, COO of Coventry Missouri, will join Evolent Health as Market Presidents of the Southeast, Indiana, and Ohio regions, respectively.
