Director, Search | New York & Seattle
Search Directors are responsible for client relationship management, business development, and people and team management. They leverage their network within healthcare to identify and engage top talent.
Directors typically have 6-12 years of relevant work experience in areas such as executive search or consulting within healthcare.
Senior Associate, Search | New York, SEATTLE, NASHVILLE
Search Senior Associates play a pivotal role managing projects, coaching teammates and developing their executive search skillsets, all while building their network of leading executives and healthcare industry knowledge.
Senior Associates typically have 4-8 years of relevant work experience in areas such as executive search, recruiting or consulting, often within healthcare.
ASSOCIATE, SEARCH | NASHVILLE
Associates in the Search Firm conduct market research and interviews with the management teams of our clients in order to develop a deep understanding of their specific short and medium-term business objectives and how additional executives can help them achieve these goals.
1-3 years of relevant work experience in areas such as recruiting, healthcare, consulting, and sales and marketing
ASSOCIATE, KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
Knowledge Management Associates will work alongside our newly formed Knowledge Management Team to support and grow Oxeon’s platform. This person will be an early team member with the opportunity to impact how we achieve our goal of consistently producing Oxeon’s collective views into the market that are updated in real-time and centralized.
KM Associates should have 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally with exposure to research, data analysis, consulting or recruiting from an executive search firm, an expert network, consulting firm or research or a market intelligence firm.
