Ellie is a Principal in the search firm. As an early member of the organization, Ellie started her career with Oxeon in the New York headquarters before co-founding the firm's Seattle office in 2018. With a passion for people and culture, Ellie partners with entrepreneurs and venture and private equity investors to identify top talent for their organizations and portfolios. She is particularly interested in supporting organizations in their efforts to improve our healthcare system and further the focus on value-based care delivery. Most recently, she has helped build the leadership teams of Equality Health (General Atlantic), AbsoluteCare (Kinderhook), Vertava Health (Summit Partners), and Rubicon Founders.
Beyond search, Ellie is focused on expanding the firm’s West Coast footprint. She contributes to the firm’s board diversity initiatives and leads a female-focused networking group for healthcare leaders in Seattle.
Outside of Oxeon, Ellie enjoys antiquing, pilates, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband and labrador retriever, Tank.
