First and foremost, Jon is a problem solver who prides himself on his EQ. Jon is a Senior Associate in Oxeon's search practice where he is able to combine his intellectual curiosity, client services expertise, and proclivity for fostering meaningful connections to help healthcare organizations find innovative talent solutions that create real business value.

Prior to joining Oxeon, Jon worked in executive search at Spencer Stuart, and also spent 8+ years consulting for companies investing at the intersection of tech and media, many of which were private equity or venture-backed. Jon received his MBA from Columbia Business School, and attended University of Miami (go Canes!) for his undergraduate degree in Business, Psychology and Broadcast Journalism. Jon is a native New Yorker, making him an avid New York Knicks fan, and when he isn't in the office, you can find him playing hoops, out for a run, or seeing a concert.
