Julia was drawn to Oxeon upon learning about their fierce commitment to making people healthier and truly forward-thinking vision when it comes to every aspect of searches, investments, and ventures. Since joining, she has focused on building founding teams with institutional investors and venture studios such as Ares Management, Bessemer Venture Partners, General Catalyst, and Redesign Health. She has also supported the value-based transformation efforts by innovative organizations such as General Atlantic-Backed Equality Health, among others. Deeply passionate about supporting gender parity in the boardroom, Julia co-leads Oxeon's Break into the Boardroom initiative.
Julia graduated from Duke University with a B.S in Environmental Sciences, a minor in Global Health, and a newfound appreciation for hushpuppies and CookOut. After living on the East Coast for most of her life, she’s become a West Coast convert since moving to Seattle and trying Salt & Straw. A die-hard dog lover, Julia recently welcomed a Newfoundland puppy named Franklin into her family and can’t wait to explore all the dog-friendly sites the PNW has to offer.
