Kristy joined Oxeon with a deep interest in healthcare disparities, igniting her commitment to making people healthier. She was intrigued by Oxeon's unique business model that put preventative, value-based care and trusting relationships at the forefront of a traditionally transactional environment. She is excited to delve into the business side of healthcare and work closely with executives to transform the broken healthcare system. Prior to joining Oxeon, she worked as a technical recruiter for the Amazon Selection and Catalog Systems team.

Kristy graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Education. At Cal, she engaged in various journalistic endeavors, from writing short story reviews for literary publications to crafting online blogs for local newspapers. Born and raised in Southern California, she carried the West Coast spirit with her by moving just a three-hour flight away to Seattle. When she's not in the office, she enjoys solving the daily NYT mini crossword, listening to Korean pop music, and creating unique crochet pieces for her friends and family.
