Matt is a Senior Associate on the Investments Team at Oxeon. His focus spans broader investment strategy and tactical deal execution of both balance sheet and invested search transactions. Matt spends time on sourcing, deal evaluation, and teeing up opportunities for Oxeon’s Investment Committee to make decisions on. He is passionate about supporting and partnering with Oxeon Search leaders & founders that are bringing positive change to healthcare.

Before joining Oxeon, Matt worked at B Capital, a $6B global stage agnostic investment firm with expertise across biotech and digital health.

Matt began his career at the Boston Consulting Group, where he developed expertise across commercial strategy, operations, and M&A. His experience spans biopharma, med tech, consumer health, and other non-healthcare subsectors as well.

Matt graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in International Relations with minors in Economics and Spanish. He grew up in Westchester, NY, and currently resides in Manhattan. Outside of the office, Matt is an avid sports fan and can often be found amongst the city's public basketball and soccer forums. He also enjoys board and card games, especially Settlers of Catan, chess, and backgammon.
