Rebecca is a Principal in Oxeon's search practice, where she is able to combine her fascination with the inner workings of the US healthcare system and her passion for cultivating relationships and making connections on a daily basis.
During her time at Oxeon, she has led a range of key executive searches within the Rubicon Founders, Bain Capital Double Impact, Oak HC/FT, Centerbridge Partners and Warburg Pincus portfolios, among others. From a functional perspective, her work spans CEO and CEO-direct report roles as well as full de novo team builds.
Prior to joining Oxeon, Rebecca worked in executive search in the legal sector placing attorneys in prominent roles at top institutions such as McKinsey, Morgan Stanley and PwC. She holds a bachelor's degree from Cornell University. Rebecca is a New Jersey native (it's called taylor ham, not pork roll), podcast enthusiast, and amateur home chef who resides in Nashville, TN with her husband.
