She brings ten years of prior experience in executive search and in-house talent leadership, mostly at innovative tech startups across the healthcare, consumer, and insurance industries. 

Sofia was born in Latvia and graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University, where she earned a second degree from NEOMA Business School in Reims, France. She speaks Russian and French fluently, and enjoys cooking new recipes, building gaming computers, and playing with her two cats.
