Sydney joined Oxeon after developing a fascination with their relationship-oriented business model. Whether it's a trusted relationship between a patient and their provider, or one built between Oxeon and a healthcare executive, she believes that genuine and compassionate relationships built across the industry will be one of the major driving forces behind achieving access, equity, and quality care for all. Through Oxeon’s partnerships with mission-driven companies and organizations focused on value-based care, Sydney hopes to contribute to empowering the next generation of disruptive healthcare leaders that will change the system and improve health outcomes.

Just prior to joining Oxeon, Sydney received a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and concentrated her studies in Healthcare Management & Policy. She was also a four-year member of the Varsity Women’s Field Hockey team, where she can confidently say her love of collaboration and passionate work began, and she saw the power and impact of strong leadership. Outside of the office, you can find Sydney at one of Seattle’s beaches, going to a sports game, playing pickleball, or trying a new restaurant.
