In 2022 the company needed a public-facing psychiatrist to lead its new Mental Health offering and in just eight weeks, Oxeon helped hire renowned clinical psychiatrist, professor, and author, Dr. Daniel Lieberman, as their Senior Vice President of Mental Health.In 2023, with the booming outlook for GLP-1 drugs entering the market, Hims & Hers began building its Weight Loss offering and called on Oxeon again for help finding an entrepreneurial obesity medicine expert to join the team. With Oxeon’s help, Hims & Hers hired Dr. Craig Primack, former President of the Obesity Medicine Association and Founder of the Scottsdale Weight Loss Center. The company was also expanding their pharmacy operations and needed an expert in pharmaceutical safety and compliance. Oxeon conducted a nationwide search and placed nationally renowned compound pharmacy expert and former Chief Executive Officer of Medi-Fare Drug, Pat Stephens, into the role of Senior Vice President of Pharmacy Safety, Quality & Compliance.
