Ellie O'Brien Coleman is a Principal in Oxeon’s search practice and the leader of the firm’s West Coast Practice. With deep expertise in talent strategy, Ellie collaborates with entrepreneurs, executives, and investors to build high-performing leadership teams that drive innovation in healthcare. Her work spans C-suite placements, including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and commercial leadership, positioning organizations for long-term success in a rapidly evolving industry. While she enjoys partnering with organizations at every stage of growth, she is a leader in Oxeon’s Private Equity practice.
In 2019, Ellie launched Oxeon’s expansion to the West Coast in Seattle, where she has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s presence. She is a key driver behind Oxeon’s board diversity initiatives, championing efforts to bring more diverse perspectives to healthcare leadership. Ellie also leads a female-focused networking group for healthcare leaders in Seattle, fostering a strong community of women executives dedicated to advancing the sector.
Outside of her work at Oxeon, she contributes to the community by serving on the board of the Seattle Nativity School, a tuition-free middle school that empowers children from underserved communities through education and holistic support. In her personal time, Ellie enjoys antiquing, pilates, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband and labrador retriever, Tank.
