Emma became interested in Oxeon after learning how the firm is uniquely situated to impact the healthcare industry. After studying healthcare policy, she saw Oxeon as an opportunity to address issues endemic to the American healthcare system. During her time at Oxeon, she has focused on growth talent and supported care delivery organizations across portfolios including Apax Partners, Oak HC/FT, Summit Partners, and Vestar Capital Partners. Emma graduated from Cornell University with degrees in Government and Economics. While at Cornell, she founded the school’s first undergraduate moot court team and served as Co-President of the club figure skating team. Since moving from Boston to Seattle in 2022, she has enjoyed participating in workout classes, visiting farmers markets, and exploring the beautiful PNW.
