Leah is a Director at Oxeon, partnering with executives, boards, and investors to build leadership teams that drive meaningful impact in healthcare. She began her career at Oxeon in executive search before joining Quilted Health, an Oxeon Venture Studio company transforming maternal and reproductive care.
At Quilted, Leah led strategic planning, co-developed clinical services, configured electronic medical records, and launched both physical clinics and digital operations. Returning to Oxeon, she brings an operator’s perspective to connecting mission-driven organizations with transformative leaders. She is passionate about advancing healthcare innovation and equity through human capital.
Leah earned her bachelor’s from Duke and lives in New York City. Outside of work, you can find her at the Union Square farmer’s market, chasing her niece and nephew around the city, and planning her next escape to the beach.
