As part of Oxeon’s search team, Rachel partners with stakeholders across the healthcare continuum, including providers, technology platforms, and payer and provider solutions. While a specialist in CFO searches today, Rachel has placed executives across the C-suite. She has worked with a number of private equity and venture capital firms including Vista Equity Partners, General Atlantic, Bain Capital, CD&R, and more. Prior, Rachel spent time in Washington, DC working with a government affairs firm in the life sciences space; this exposure to the influence of policies on access to care drove Rachel to seek out work with healthcare disruptors. Rachel graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Biology of Global Health. Raised in Raleigh, NC, she has gradually made her way up the East Coast, spending time in DC before settling today in New York.
