Rebecca is a Principal in Oxeon's executive search practice. Her work spans CEO and C-Suite roles with a particular emphasis on growth equity-stage through middle-market private equity businesses across care delivery, HCIT and broader healthcare services. She has also developed an expertise in team builds for de novo company builds and businesses at key inflection points in their growth. Her clients include the portfolio companies of top healthcare investors including Rubicon Founders, Oak HC/FT, Bain Capital Double Impact, CD&R, Linden Capital Partners and Centerbridge Partners, among others. Rebecca is a New Jersey native (it's called taylor ham, not pork roll) who originally joined Oxeon's New York office before relocating in 2022 to co-found the firm's Nashville office. She holds a bachelor's degree from Cornell University. Outside of executive search, she enjoys cooking, podcasts, and exploring Nashville's parks and greenways with her husband and son.
