CALEB JOHNSON
Associate
Caleb was enticed by Oxeon after hearing about the collaborative, supportive, and passionate work environment. His interest in healthcare stems from his experiences as a biracial individual growing up in the Philly suburbs. Through observation of each side of his family, Caleb is acutely aware of the racial disparities that result in significant inequities in the value of and access to care delivered to minorities. Motivated to improve the system so his twenty-seven cousins may have an equal opportunity at a healthy life, Caleb intends to harness the academic and social privileges he has garnered to eradicate health disparities in minority communities and improve minority-oriented healthcare. In his role as an Executive Search Associate, Caleb engages with candidates and clients that allow for the broad reach and impact he seeks to make on the healthcare system.
Graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Caleb studied Cognitive Neuroscience with a minor in Healthcare Management. In addition, he was a 4-year member and Senior Captain of Penn's Varsity Track and Field team, and Ivy League Pole Vault Champion with a jump of 17ft 2.25in. Outside of his studies and athletics, Caleb is passionate about community service, having served on the Netter Center for Community Partnerships Advisory Board and as a Big Quaker Captain for the Young Quakers Community Athletics program, interacting with schools and youth in West Philly.
Caleb is a twin, the youngest of five, a creative, baker, cat-lover, and music aficionado.
