That's why in 2016, we co-launched the Break Into the Boardroom program in partnership with Deerfield Management and Welsh, Carson, Anderson, and Stowe to promote greater representation of female healthcare executives and funders on boards within the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. BiB has filled 80+ board seats to date and continues to support high-performing female leaders in healthcare.
